After 3D printing, the designer will modify the shape
After completing the 3D printing, Alpha Model designers modified the shape of the printed model according to the design requirements. In this process, we assist designers to accurately adjust the shape of the model using relevant software and tools. Through close cooperation with the designer, the model's surface, edges and some details were successfully modified according to the requirements, making the model's shape more accurate and perfect.
In terms of specific operations, Alpha Model uses professional knowledge, refers to the design drawing requirements, carefully operates the modeling software, and edits the shape of each part of the model. I repeatedly confirmed whether the modified model shape met the designer's expectations.
First, Alpha Model restored the shape of the model based on previous modifications. By using professional modeling software and tools, I successfully restored the shape of the model to ensure it was consistent with the design requirements.
Subsequently, Alpha Model's team of engineers made a mold based on the restored shape. During the process of making the mold, we carefully analyzed different parts of the model and designed the corresponding mold as needed. Through the efforts of engineers, the composition of the mold was optimized without affecting the overall shape of the model.
In the process of making molds, Alpha Model pays attention to details and precision to ensure the quality and durability of the molds. At the same time, the engineer team conducted repeated testing and improvements to ensure the reliability and adaptability of the mold.
